The Kerrville Police Department said they'd arrested the man they believe robbed Kerrville's IHOP restaurant at gunpoint on Sept. 23.

Police said Mathew Scott Eaglehouse, 29, of Kerrville, was arrested on Saturday on suspicion of the 9:43 a.m. robbery. Eaglehouse entered the Sidney Baker Highway restaurant wearing a mask, knit cap and a Texas A&M pullover shirt before fleeing in a Toyota Prius, police said.

Kerrville Police Department detectives said their investigation led them to Eaglehouse, and they issued two warrants for his arrest. Eaglehous was then arrested on two counts of aggravated robbery and booked into the Kerr County Jail. Each count carries a $50,000 bond.

Police have not specified how much money was taken from the IHOP.

Kerrville Police said they received support from the Texas Rangers and the Kerr County Sheriff's Office during the investigation. Police said they also received tips from the public about the case.
